Texas Glow Party
Texas Glow Party is a brand operated by Houston Party Rental, Inc., a Texas corporation.
Effective Date: February 18, 2026
1) Services
Texas Glow Party provides LED dance floor rentals, glow furniture, games, and related event equipment and services. Specific rental terms, equipment lists, pricing, delivery details, cancellation terms, and damage provisions are outlined in individual rental agreements executed between the client and Houston Party Rental, Inc.
2) Deposits, Payments & Rental Agreements
Deposits may be required to secure bookings. Full payment terms, cancellation policies, damage provisions, and additional conditions are governed by the written rental agreement executed between the client and Houston Party Rental, Inc.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement shall control.
3) Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate event details
• Ensuring safe and accessible setup conditions
• Providing adequate space, electrical supply, and clear pathways
• Ensuring equipment is not misused, altered, relocated, or modified without authorization
Clients assume responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of rental equipment during the rental period as outlined in their rental agreement.
4) Assumption of Risk
Event equipment, including dance floors and illuminated items, may present inherent risks if misused. By renting equipment, clients acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of rented items.
Houston Party Rental, Inc. shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from misuse, unauthorized alterations, unsafe venue conditions, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5) Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, the client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Houston Party Rental, Inc., its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
• The client’s event
• Improper use of rental equipment
• Venue-related hazards
• Third-party conduct
• Breach of the rental agreement
6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Texas law, Houston Party Rental, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.
7) Force Majeure
Houston Party Rental, Inc. shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, power outages, acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, venue restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
8) SMS Rental Notification Program
Texas Glow Party may send transactional text messages related to rental quotes, booking confirmations, arrival reminders, post-event feedback, and review invitations only after positive feedback.
By providing your phone number and confirming via SMS reply (such as replying YES), you consent to receive these transactional messages.
Message frequency varies per booking (typically 2–5 messages per rental).
Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP. Opt-out requests will be honored and recorded for compliance purposes.
Texas Glow Party does not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
9) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
